Harnessing first-party data with Everysearch™

1st Central, a leading UK direct-to-consumer car insurer, aimed to transform its sales strategy. The goal was to boosting direct policy purchases to compliment their thriving price comparison website channels. Which came with high acquisition costs, limited control over customer data, and a scepticism around social marketing’s ROI. This reliance hampered scalability and stifled brand growth opportunities.

Found was tasked with a bold challenge: to overhaul 1st Central’s customer acquisition strategy using our proprietary Everysearch™ framework. The goal was clear, deliver over 5,000 incremental sales at the target CPA.
