We believe in
GROWTH FOR GOOD
AT FOUND, OUR GROWTH COMMITMENT EXTENDS BEYOND JUST BUSINESS SUCCESS. WE'RE DEDICATED TO FOSTERING COMMUNITY GROWTH AND ENGAGING IN DRIVING POSITIVE CHANGE, GUIDED BY OUR FIVE CORE VALUES AND UNWAVERING ETHICAL STANDARDS.

Our ‘Growth for Good’ initiatives are woven into the fabric of our community and employee engagement. Highlights include our Digital Disruptors programme, inspiring young minds in digital careers; community support through partnerships with educational institutions and charities; innovative volunteering opportunities via Matchable; and encouraging our team’s personal achievements in events like marathons and fitness competitions. Here’s a sneak peek:

Inspiring young minds for a diverse future in digital marketing.

Digital Disruptors, co-founded by our Chairman Tina Judic and PR Lead Julie York, is a vibrant tribute to Nicky McShane, a trailblazer in digital marketing. Integral to Found’s annual agenda, the programme is on a mission to encourage less advantaged youths to investigate digital and the options it provides as a career choice.

Now in its sixth year, Digital Disruptors reaches a diverse group of young people aged 14-18, offering them a unique window into the exciting and rewarding world of the digital industry.

THE HEBE FOUNDATION
From life to job skills, we love to engage with charity partners.

Imagine vibrant training academies buzzing with ideas, lively presentations and heartfelt collaborations with charities. Through our charity partner, The Hebe Foundation, we are lighting up young lives with essential life and job skills through mentorships, hands-on work experiences and interactive workshops.

It’s not just support; it’s about bringing our commitment to life and making a tangible difference.

MATCHABLE
Turning skills into impactful community
volunteering opportunities.

Teaming up with Matchable, we transform professional skills into community good. This innovative platform connects us with vital volunteering projects at charities and non-profits, perfectly pairing our team’s talents with meaningful causes.

Every employee gets two paid days every year to devote to these projects – a small token of time that makes big changes, having made over £70k of impact in the past year. Our commitment has earned us recognition, celebrating the significant impact our team has made.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT
We’re bursting with enthusiasm to spread our love for learning.

Driven by a passion for learning, we collaborate with schools, colleges, and universities to engage with students through inspirational presentations, workshops and government scheme partnerships.

These efforts aim to enhance employability skills and open doors to new work opportunities, making a hugh impact on people’s lives.

Challenge for Good
We’re on a mission to learn and to give back.

Our team passionately embraces challenges for a cause, from marathons to Movember, and bake sales to competitive challenges. Committed to both learning and contributing, we regularly invite speakers from meaningful organisations, particularly those that resonate with our team.

This approach keeps us engaged and committed to making a real difference in causes close to our hearts.

Creating a
GREENER FUTURE
Found’s commitment to climate action through
reforestation and carbon reduction initiatives.

Our Sustainability Council, established a number of years ago, comprises a group of passionate advocates focusing on reducing our environmental footprint. A key initiative is our partnership with Ecologi, a platform dedicated to meaningful climate action.

Through Ecologi, we actively participate in tree planting and engage in carbon offsetting efforts. Our Annual Impact Report allows us to reflect on the effectiveness of these initiatives. We're not just talking about change; we're making it happen, one tree and one project at a time.
